Exhibits

Exhibits include 1 attendee (pricing based on registration date and member status) with a second attendee at $150.  Any additional attendees register as a regular attendee using the Attendee Registration form that you can find here.

Hotel

Make your room reservation now! The special rates for the event is $249 plus tax.  A limited number of rooms are reserved at this rate.  This rate is ONLY available to individuals that are registered conference attendees.  Should you make a room reservation and not register for the conference your reservation will be cancelled by the hotel.

Reservations must be made by August 12, 2020, OR before the group rooms are sold out, so do not delay.

Please be advised that the use of unauthorized and/or unlicensed Disney artwork in your displays, invitations, emails or publications is strictly prohibited.

Exhibitor Cancellation Policy: Due to the cancellation of the Annual Meeting as a result of COVID-19, all previously paid registrations will be honored for the 2021 Annual Meeting that is scheduled to be held May 10 and 11 at the Disneyland Hotel.  If you would prefer a refund you must send in a written request for a refund and it will be processed in the order received.  Please make your request for a refund no later than 5:00pm PST Friday August 28, 2020. Telephone requests will not be honored. There will be NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER THAT DATE. Postmark or email date will control.
